Return & Refund Policy

At Furtastic Pet Essentials, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days after your order has been delivered. The current store refund policy also uses a 14-day return period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, and in the same condition received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at furtasticpetessentials@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products cannot be returned once opened or used. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Used grooming products
  • Used pet apparel, collars, harnesses, beds, litterboxes, feeding bowls, or toys
  • Personal care or hygiene-related pet products
  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse, chewing, scratching, washing, or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to stock availability. The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item, wait for approval, and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
