Thank you for shopping with Furtastic Pet Essentials. We are committed to processing and delivering your pet essentials as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, supplier delays, holidays, or promotional seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–20 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Some items may ship separately depending on product availability, supplier location, or warehouse fulfillment. This means you may receive more than one package for the same order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method available for your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supplier delays, or other events outside our control. We will do our best to assist you if your order is delayed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Furtastic Pet Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, we may cancel and refund the order after the package is received and processed, excluding any shipping fees or costs already incurred.

Lost or Missing Packages
